계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

크로스썸 계정과 저장된 게임 데이터의 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 아래 방법으로 요청하시면 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

요청 방법

본문에 아래 정보를 적어주세요. 본인 확인과 계정 특정을 위해 필요합니다.

1. 게임 내 표시 이름 (앱 화면 상단 또는 마이페이지에서 확인)
2. 계정 식별자(ID) — 앱에서 설정 → 문의하기를 누르면 메일 본문에 자동으로 채워집니다. 이 방법을 쓰시면 따로 찾지 않으셔도 됩니다.
3. Google 계정으로 로그인하셨다면 해당 Google 계정 주소

요청은 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하며, 처리 결과를 회신해 드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터

삭제 전에 알아두실 점

• 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 삭제된 게임 진행 상황과 보유 아이템은 복구되지 않습니다.
• 구매한 상품은 환불되지 않습니다. 환불이 필요하시면 삭제를 요청하기 전에 Google Play 주문 내역에서 먼저 환불을 신청하세요.
• 삭제 후 다시 게임을 설치하면 새 계정으로 처음부터 시작됩니다.

Account and Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your CrossSum account and stored game data.

How to Request

Please include the following so we can identify your account:

1. Your in-game display name
2. Your account identifier — tap Settings → Contact us in the app and it is filled into the email automatically
3. Your Google account address, if you signed in with Google

Requests are handled within 7 business days and we reply with the outcome.

What Gets Deleted

Before You Request

• This cannot be undone. Progress and items are not recoverable.
• Purchases are not refunded by deletion. Request a refund through your Google Play order history first if you need one.
• Reinstalling afterwards starts a new account from scratch.
