크로스썸(CrossSum) 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 Smart it(이하 "개발자")이 제공하는 모바일 게임 크로스썸(이하 "게임")의 이용에 관한 조건과 절차, 이용자와 개발자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

  1. 이 약관은 게임 내에 게시하거나 이 페이지에 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
  2. 개발자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일과 변경 내용을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행일 7일 전부터 알립니다.
  3. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 게임 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (계정)

  1. 게임은 Google 계정 로그인과 게스트 로그인을 제공합니다. 어느 쪽이든 게임 진행 상황을 저장하기 위한 계정이 생성됩니다.
  2. 게스트 계정은 기기와 앱 설치에 종속되므로, 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 변경하면 진행 상황을 복구하지 못할 수 있습니다. 계정을 안전하게 유지하려면 Google 로그인을 권장합니다.
  3. 이용자는 계정 삭제를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다. 절차는 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청을 참고하세요.

제4조 (유료 아이템과 결제)

  1. 게임은 아이템 묶음과 광고 제거 등 유료 상품을 판매합니다. 결제는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며, 결제 수단 정보는 개발자가 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
  2. 환불은 Google Play의 환불 정책과 관련 법령에 따릅니다. 환불 요청은 Google Play 주문 내역에서 하실 수 있습니다.
  3. 광고 제거처럼 한 번 구매하면 계속 적용되는 상품은 구매한 계정에 귀속됩니다. 구매가 환불되면 해당 혜택도 함께 해제됩니다.
  4. 구매한 소모성 아이템은 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제되며 환불되지 않습니다.

제5조 (광고)

  1. 게임은 배너 광고, 스테이지 이동 시 전면 광고, 보상형 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.
  2. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 스스로 선택해 시청하는 경우에만 재생됩니다.
  3. 광고 제거 상품을 구매하면 배너와 전면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 직접 선택하는 기능이므로 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

위반이 확인되면 개발자는 해당 기록의 삭제, 순위표 제외, 계정 이용 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

  1. 개발자는 게임의 내용, 밸런스, 상품 구성을 변경할 수 있습니다.
  2. 기술적 문제, 서비스 운영상의 사유 등으로 게임 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 가능한 범위에서 사전에 공지합니다.
  3. 서비스가 종료되는 경우, 미사용 유료 아이템에 대해서는 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따릅니다.

제8조 (개인정보)

개인정보의 수집·이용·보관에 관한 사항은 개인정보 처리방침에서 정합니다.

제9조 (면책)

  1. 개발자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 이용자의 기기 문제 등 개발자의 책임 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 개발자는 이용자가 게임을 통해 기대하는 성과를 얻지 못한 것에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 인정하지 않는 범위까지 개발자의 책임을 면제하지 않습니다.

CrossSum Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the mobile game CrossSum ("the Game") provided by Smart it ("we"). Where the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will post the changes and their effective date on this page. Changes unfavourable to users are announced at least 7 days in advance. If you do not accept the updated terms, stop using the Game and request account deletion.

2. Accounts

The Game offers Google sign-in and guest sign-in; either creates an account that stores your progress. Guest accounts are tied to the installation, so uninstalling or changing devices may lose your progress — Google sign-in is recommended. You may request deletion at any time; see Account and Data Deletion Request.

3. Purchases

The Game sells item packs and ad removal through Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Ad removal is tied to the purchasing account and is revoked if the purchase is refunded. Consumable items are deleted with your account and are not refunded.

4. Advertising

The Game may show banner ads, full-screen ads between stages, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch them. Buying ad removal stops banner and full-screen ads; rewarded ads remain available because you opt into them.

5. Your Responsibilities

Do not tamper with game data or obtain scores, rankings or items by abnormal means; do not use another person's account; do not use display names containing abuse, hate speech, or impersonation; and do not disrupt the service. We may remove records, exclude entries from leaderboards, or restrict accounts when these terms are broken.

6. Changes to the Service

We may change the Game's content, balance and product line-up, and may suspend or discontinue the service, giving notice in advance where practical. If the service closes, unused paid items are handled as applicable law requires.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from causes outside our control, such as natural disasters, network failures, or problems with your device, nor for outcomes you hoped to achieve in the Game. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
