Your data is deleted from the server immediately and cannot be recovered. The button is disabled during a flight.
If you cannot use the app, e-mail yamoda24@gmail.com with the subject "Rocket Escape account deletion". If you linked a Google account, send it from that address; otherwise include the name shown on the leaderboard. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply.
